Tata Motors — Getting disappointed behaviour from tata motor dealership Purbo bardhaman west bengal from banerjee automobile

this is Tapas kumar Some from Bardhaman. I got your contact details from tata web site. I am facing some issue from Purbo Bardhaman Banerjee Automobile that’s y I mailed u
I have booked Tata altroz XZ at November 10, 2020 from Delar team leader Saptarshi.
He told within 45 days we will delivery your car. He had taken bookings money also. After some day he called me told that sir your car had come pls provide us the demand draft and delivery order.we will deliver your car wtih in a 3 to 4 days.Today when i go for given demand draft to Saptarshi he told sry that car is not available you have to wait at least a month.

How its possible ? without inform me he had sale that to another person only for his incentive or growth of sale?
Is this rules for tata motors?
His behaviour also like steeet dogs
After some arguments his behaviour was like street dogs and he directly told that i will not sale car to you.
Will you pls take action against him?
I totally disappointed from tata motors this is not acceptable you do something otherwise i have to do tweet and social media like another agains tata motors and Banerjee automobiles.
I will not excepting this thing.
