Tata Motors — Grievance for non-receipt of Car though booked 4 months prior

I had booked Tata Nanon - Purple color car on 27th June, 2015 from Fortune Cars Pvt. Ltd. Ref. No. 014. Today is 15th October, 2015 and till date I have not received delivery of my car. Till last month I got a information whenever I use to call the dealer that delivery has not been done from their factory at Ahmedabad. Since last month me and my husband are trying to call them on the available nos. but now nobody is attending the calls. This is the kind of pathetic service that we have been receiving. Due to our busy and hectic schedule we are unable to visit the dealer's office. But does it take 4 months to deliver a car. It is high time now that some how we have to take out some time and visit the dealer and ask for fund of deposit paid to them. Many of my relatives have bought cars from Hyundai, Volkswagen they got the delivery within 15 to 20 days. But it is highly disappointing and finding it ridiculous that Tata Motors cannot deliver a car even within 4 months.

Even I had got complaint on the dealer in Bangalore, when I purchased 'ZEST'. I went to the dealer's office and hue and cry about this.( In my case 100 % amount was taken and there was no reply).I also took the phone no. of Zonal manager ( South ) incharge for TATA motors. Then I told him that I would like to cancel the order and go for Maruthi Vehicle. Then he diverted one car for me from Pune and I got it within a week. I also have TATA NANO with me. Even with that I had delivery issue. Basically thy committ some date to take the order and they will forget about this. You need to purpressure and escalate the issue to TATA Motors itself.
