[Resolved] Tata Motors — harman music system is unserviceable | |||
I am owner of tata hexa and my registration number is gj18 bk3625. The subject vechile is under warranty and i had complaint about the problem of music system during my first servicing and it is still pending. The vechile was taken for rectification and said that it will take two days without providing a replacement vechile. I tried contacting tata motors customer care and the response was poor and the customer care manager did not attend the call. Kindly look into the issue and take necessary action against the tata motors company. The company needs to compensate for the delay Was this information helpful? | |||
