[Resolved] Tata Motors — having issue with the doors sound | |||
I brought my car to ayush motors, sec-63. I told them my issue with the car. I own tata tiago xza model. There were some sounds in the doors of the car along with that there were some issue with the suspension as well. They asked me to wait for 2 hours. I agreed. After 1hour the engineer came to me and told me that the car is fixed. Nobody took the test drive with me to check whether the issue has been resolved or not. The issue with the car is still there. Today one vehicle no' BR01GF 7454 (engine no. 4SPCR10NTY640705 Chasis no. MAT464452GSN11533) was sent to Bikramshila centre for servicing.The officials asked for money & entangled the driver and refused to release the vehicle.
Please look into this matter so that it gets sorted out with proper servicing and with no extra cost.
