[Resolved] Tata Motors — i am complaints about the dealer charging logistic charges in patna | |||
I am planning to buy a new tiago and i have been provided with the quotation by all the available dealers in patna and everyone is charging logestic charges ie 5500 after telling them thata i will not pay its illegal and not mandatory they are not ready to wave it and provided me with a 2012 sc judgment which is very old. After delivering the car Mr Sailendra Bhagat of ASL Motors, Jamshedpur had taken back the faulty mobile charger and mobile holder on assurance that it will be replaced. Till date since last one year I am waiting for replacement of damaged Mobile Holder and Mobile Charger by ASL Motors of Jamshedpur.
