[Resolved] Tata Motors — I received refurbished nexon instead of new one | |||
Dear sir, I have purchased a tata nexon xza+ etna orange model on 16th of august from dulichand motors kolkata which i feel is refubrished one with paint job and there are some white marks at corners as there is paint job at that corner edges of the car.. even in the oil tank door. Delivery of the vechile was not up to the mark with paper marks scratches on dashboard and the personel at dealership doesn't let us inspect before signing the deal ..and when we complained about it the solution thry gave was to get it waxed polish to remove scratches and there were many if and buts before the delivery as if we are buying a 2nd hand vechile.. We could have bought any other car from any other brand but we choose tata motors as we believed in the quality of servuce you people promise and preach. ..But the service like this is not expected from tata motors. Right now after all this i am disheartened, i fear if i have chosen a wrong car. My request is please verify and confirm me whether the car is refurbished or not.. because of the dealer reckless attitude i feel they have given us a refurbished car instead of a brand new for which we have paid. chasis no .MAT627165JLG31186 Was this information helpful? | |||
