Tata Motors — i'm complaining against bd motors, wb (dealer of tata motors) | |||
I am souvik kundu. From burdwan west bengal. We bought a new tata tiago xm car from bd motors, burdwan. West bengal. Last week of october, 2017. Still we did not get the car number plate. The main complain is we have installed all the accessories from bd motors. But they didn't give any receipt. They told us during our first service of the car they will give our receipt. Actually they are afraid of giving receipt. They have taken excessive money than the actual price. (For back cam and monitor they have taken 6.5k but the market price is 3k). I would register a complain against gm of bd motors. He is the main culprit. He knows everything. He promised us that he will solve our problem. But after that he has not send any mail. Even when i was there at showtime during our first service, i called him. On that day he was not pick up my call atlast when i send a sms then he called back and told me i am in hospital but the employees of that showroom told he is not in hospital. He is a complete cheater. I just want my accessories receipt and change my duplicate accessories that's all. And my car number plate as early as possible.
