[Resolved] Tata Motors — in connection with complaint no:I-[protected] | |||
The accidental vehicle (No:hr51be-1060 (Zest) on dated 9/02/19, was not inspected properly, due to negligence in surveying radiator and airbag was not shown to insurance person to claim, it was during the vehicle delivery,, two marks were showing in meter, when i told to check that then they came to know that coupler of airbag wiring was broken and radiator also leakage due to hitting in front. As the insurance claim was closed that too in two claims.. I was assured to help me out but still, i am stuck without a vehicle. Now in the name of oblige they are harassing me to pay for repairing work done which was to be claimed Was this information helpful? | |||
