Tata Motors — inordinate delay in repairing my tata zest kl-01-br-6486 | |||
My tata zest met with an accident on 3/2/2020 and it was taken to trivandrum motors on 4/2/2020. The insurance survey was over on 7/2/2020. Today ie 18/3/2020, after 40 days i still do not know when my car will be delivered to me after repairs. I understand that some parts are still not delivered to the dealer by tata motors and hence they are helpless. I bought your car thinking that being an indian company's car, parts will be easily available. Very badly let down. Was this information helpful? | |||
