[Resolved] Tata Motors — inordinate delay in service of car | |||
I had handed over my indica vista reg no wb26r7312 to tc motors, kolkata 700136 on 12/06/2018 for ac cooling problem. On 12/06/2018, they informed cooling coil problem. On 14/06/18, after my enquirey, they have informed that cooling is not proper, may be fault of our parts. Again in the evening, they are telling that there may be fault in compressor. Pl tell me if this is the expertise of your service people, how customer believe on your co. Moreover for one ac repairing they are keeping my car for indefinite period. Pl take up the matter with the tc motors authority, otherwise, i will lodge fir to police station for in authorising detention of my car for long time. An early action in this regard is solicited.
