[Resolved] Tata Motors — insurance and service | |||
Sir, I had purchased Tata Tiago on 22/03/2018 with registration no. BR01DR1567, which was breakdown in Uttar Pradesh on 26 July 2018. I contacted [protected] and the vehicle was tow to workshop of Allahbad's GP Motors. I had sent all the necessary documents to whatsapp number given by GP Motors. They informed me that vehicle would be repaired in 'cash' as GP Motors has no tie up with the insurance company i.e. Royal Sundaram. I have raise a complain to customer care (Complain No. 1-[protected]) but I do not get any response from the company or customer care till date. There may be five casualties as vehicle was breakdown due to improper service by service personnel. Kindly resolve the problem or provide me a new vehicle as replacement. I purchased a Tata tigor 1 week ago...the closing cover / lid of the dikki is missing...I was told that the company has discontinued giving it since the past 3 months.i enquired abt it and I found that they were lying...they even denied me to give even a cover worth 300 rs...pathetic after sales service from Tata...
