[Resolved] Tata Motors — irresponsibility of rajahmundry dealer (sri koduri automobiles) andhra pradesh | |||
Hello, I booked Tata Harrier by paying Advance amount 30000(thirty thousand rupees)at Rajahmundry Tata commercial vehicles Dealer (SRI KODURI AUTOMOBILES) on October 20 2018, Mine was the second booking number in the dealership. Even after the release of vehicle in the other dealerships there was no consulting o[censored]s for the vehicle confirmation and not even the display of vehicle was placed till today(ie[protected], by seeing their irresponsibility i have written a letter to cancel my booking on[protected], The employee and the Manager told me that they will rend the amount in two days but its been four weeks now there is no answer from the manager even after calling and informing him. There are terms and conditions given by company that in case of delay of 21 days the dealership has to pay 10% extra. so please consider my complaint and make sure they dont do this to other costumers. Hi everyone recently we have booked Tata nexon but surprisingly we are being charged handling charges of Rain 8500. Kindly guide how to waive these charges.
