Tata Motors — irresponsible attitude | |
Sir, I am very disappointed by the service provided by your dealer tayal motors, faridabad. My tata zest car no. Hr51bh5014 was serviced on 02.01.2018. While handing over the car i told the attendant about the noise in doors while driving. When i took the delivery of my car what i see that same noise was still there and the attendant was so irresponsible that he even didn't care to reset the service blinker to the next 15000km. Also when i asked about why the noise not rectified, they gave me very great answer that"our denter is on leave today but we have oiled doors. Now what i ask tayal motors that if the problem is not resolved and your denter was on leave, then on what behalf you are charging from me, just for oiling which companies do in routine while servicing the car. Tayal motors attendant are so lethargic that they even don't care to check the vehicle before giving delivery to customer. Sir, i kindly request to please see for such irresponsible attitude from tayal motors as it leaves a very bad impression on your esteemed organisation "tata motors" Kind regards' Rubal goyal.
