Tata Motors — jasper industries hyderabad - advance amount not returned

We are clover organic enterprises, paid rs. 5000 as advance on 25th june 2018 for mega xl and agreed to deliver the vehicle on 30th june. After 30th june they failed to deliver our selected variant.

Then, requested for refund the advance, they are not paying back our advance. Enclosed is the receipt of our payment for your review. Please help us.

The boot area just above exhaust pipe get very hot that anything above the area is burning.kindly advice.
