My name is Pramod kumar Sharma. My PAN No.BESPS4764Q has been lost during my rail journey to hometown and accordingly I have made the complaint by telephone to authority. Kindly note that I came to know that someone has misled my PAN No. BESPS4764Q and has took a loan from TATA MOTORS FINANCE LTD.(Copy of the CIBIL consumer credit information report is attached.) I own a indigo vehicle which met an Road accident last year in the month of april. I gave it for repair at ABC auto link subhanpura, Vadodara.It was not a major accident but due to their lethargic approach to repair, it took more than 6 month them to ready it. But overall after delivery also so many complaint was there with the vehicle like high noise, engine vibrations, Abnormal sound, Black smoke, Ac not functioning well etc.
i visited not less than 50 times to rectify them but issue not getting resolved completely.
Dont tata authority have a check to monitor service quality of a dealership?
If a customer is visiting a workshop frequently after service, they are even not even bothered to call customer and check what is the issue and he needs to visit so many times.
Apart from this they said me they repaired the vehicle and they not repaired the engine for Black smoke.
they asked me to pay for Oil, Air filter, Oil filter etc to solve the issue. i paid for this consumables to solve my issue. But in vein, my issue still exists and i am helpless with the dealer.
now i am able to understand why other Auto manufacturers are doing well in compare to Tata.
For your information, i do have another vehicle from Hyundai, and services are on par compare to Tata.
Its really pathetic service i experienced with ABC Autolink, vadodara
