Tata Motors — Music system getting hanged while using usb

I own tata bolt (ap31 dc 8769)from the first service onwards the one complaint i m giving is the faulty music system till date the harman staff changed the music sysytem 3 times but r not taking any resposibility in clearing the problem last time i raised the complaint on dec 27 at the Gm level till date i didn't got any response so please kindly solve my problem
