Respected Sir/Madam,
I have purchased new TATA ALTROZ XT DARK EDITIONS car as per below mentioned details.
1- Car purchase Date 31.12.2022 and Car Taken from showroom on 03.01.2023.
2- Car Model - ALTROZ XT (Petrol)DARK EDITION
3- Delar Name: TATA HIMGIRI Manesar Gurgaon
I have purchase this new and car and having below issues in day one.
i- Car Rear Mirror was having problem and there was no clear visibility
ii- Car Gloves box was defected (Broken condition)
Above issue has been raised to Sales Guys very next day.

After so many follow-ups calls they replace the Gloves Box and rectified the mirror issue and they have taken almost 20-25 days.
After that when i wen to service centre for first car service, then i was surprised when i came to know this car was sold in october-2022 to other persons and car first service already expired 2 months back, this information i got because i went my hometown other city tata service centre.
I have paid the first car service amount to tata motor service centre same information I have giving to sales guy and they told the story we have issue this car to other person to fulfil the year target and we will pay this amount to you.
Sir i really frustrated from HIMIGIRI TATA MOTORS and this car as well as this kind of services.
Please help us on this.
