[Resolved] Tata Motors — non delivery of car | |||
Hi i am madhav nandan, i have booked tata tigor xz+ on name of my father hari shankar prasad karn dated on 31/03/2019. At #yashraj motors pvt. Ltd. Near to sri radhe gobind complex, g m road, ito chowk, darbhanga, bihar 846004. We paid rs 51000 as booking amount, dealer promised that car is not available and will be delivered within a week from chennai and we will get the car by 10th april however it's 16th april now and dealer stopped pick up calls and responses are bleak. Me and my family find this irritating as he is also not confirm that our vehicle arrived or not. Please take serious action against such fraud dealer. Till now there were no response from yashraj motors the branch manager name is shiv shankar prasad. All by payments and no finance we are buying this still problems. This dealer is a big liar.
