Tata Motors — not satisfied with service

I purchase a truck named Tata Ultra from Jaika Motors Nagpur on 26/7/18 I got the delivery on 2/8/18

while carrying the car the carriage side mirror was broken the truck was not washed at all . I got delivery by asking for four to five hours time I have not understood anything in any way the staff there way unable to explain me about new truck I did not complaint any more but now I have to do it because I want to get GPS in the same way many things about the truck
The officer who attend me did not even take a phone
