Mr vishal working at your moradabad branch has been contacted at least 10 times to request him to tell the closure amount of the loan but he did not corporate at all. Sorry to say the services and co-operation of your staff here is pathetic. A stringent action should be undertaken to set an example for the others so that a customer is not taken for granted.
