Tata Motors — Part not available in nagpur on warranty period | |||||
Dear team, i have purchase a new vechicle tata indico mh49 f 1663 for tours and travells perpose and attached with uber.in only 12000km my vechicle cant start by self so i call to more person they puch my new vechile and than i have submit my vechicle at tata authorised service station on dt 25/05/17 at night.in 26/05/17 the service team checked and said that problem in altinator and still dt 29/5/17, my vechicle at in safeway motors in breakdown condition…i was complaint for my breakdown, the team says me it was resolved in 48 hours but they can not resolve. My complaint no 1-[protected]. Again they request me that this part will be available in 4 to 5 working days. My question is only for who will be paid to me per day whatever time if you needed. I want rebate for my new vechicle was in breakdown because unavailability of spare and my vechicle it is in warranty period. Was this information helpful? | |||||
