Tata Motors — poor after sale service | |||
I'm an old customer of tata, first i owned tata vista after that i have tata tiago. Tata makes good cars there really put there everything but when it comes to after sale service its all opposite. I had many experience like this latest one to reported is my tiago got a minor accident and the front bumper as well as condenser was damage and also the ac gas was leaked at that time i was in traveling, so i went to nearby tata workshop in aurangabad. They treated my very well and also guided me for further. After that i came back to my home town and next went to workshop of my city. The way they treated my car was horrible. It was a new car and they left that car at back of there workshop without covering it. I can understand that there comes many cars to service so its not possible to keep every car inside the workshop but atleast they can cover it. The mirrors as well as the wipers of car are damage. Mirrors have dirt spots on it, and they are not fading away even after server wash. And service was also very poor. They did alignment of car and my steering wheel is not straight, when i asked them about this they said at this moment they don't have proper equipment to do that. Like which showroom don't have proper equipment??? And that to of alignment?? Was this information helpful? | |||
