Tata Motors — Poor quality of Tata Zest car - Dec 14 model

I have been trying to explain to service center form day one that my Tata Zest ( dec14) has: a) noise and vibration in shockers, b) Car sometimes runs on its own c) poor power in first gear d) High Engine noise e) Cranky noise in reverse gear .
Service center people use to laugh at me . Shockers have broken thrice, all other problem persists .

Believing the brand Tata was a mistake. Tatas for me is a Deaf and careless organisation. I think must be good for trucks 
