Tata Motors — Poor service and customer handling | |||
I handed over my for repair on 15th Dec 2016 wth promise to get repaired by 7-10 working days.sorry to say I not received my car till today. worst thing is they are not updating me when I will get it back . They have not contacted me not for a single time. I haven't got any response even after I contacted them.discussion is done at GM level and I think he is also helpless or of category as other employees are.i am very stunned when GM of Tata Kosmo motors said that they don't have alloy wheels of Tata zest. it's OK but it's very shocking that they are not able to arrange in approx.one month also.worst part, after harrsment of arround 30 days I called up work shop Manager Mr Manish very poor and helpless guy, he said GM sir se baat kra du.later he said mein apko 5 mins me call karta hu but I haven't received any call from anybody from Tata Kosmo G.T road Jalandhar.I am associated with Tata motors from past 7 year but there is no change in both sale and after sale services.I think there is no devision in Tata motors as customer se service, support or delite.
