[Resolved] Tata Motors — product delivered has some serious issues

Dear sir /madam,
As i have purchased a tata tiago xz+ before two weeks from a tata car dealer named scharalya motors pondicherry, the product i have got was having some serious issues like front grill with tata logo is completely damaged,
paints works not completely done with full finishing mainly on roof dual tone, and rear doors paint finishing has some kind of visible dent marks and also when i have reached the dealer with the same issues immediately after thae day of purchase they are very lethergic and blaming the brand tata and claiming that it was not the dealers problem ...
they even forced me to pay for the replacement of same .
should i raise a complaint on local consumer legal service on tata or on the dealer . ?
i seriously cant spend my valuable time in running behind the dealer each time I use call them for update regarding the fixes, and they not even responding back in return, its almost 2 weeks have passed.
kindly take back the vehicle, even i m ready to pay penalty for the days i used the car. i dont want to take risk in this regards.
