[Resolved] Tata Motors — product & service related | |||
Dear sir, I am owner of a TATA TIGOR XT mode purchased in month of November 2017.My car is in warrenty period. My card registration no is : GJ01RZ4189 Name :Abhishek Jha Contact no: [protected] / [protected] After two month only My car AC stopped working.I went to service center (CAMA moters, Ahmadabad) and they rectified the same by updating some software (as per their feedback to me). After one month only my car was just driven for 4000 km and i observed than some noise is coming from Dashboard. When i complaint about this in CAMA motors they checked and informed me that one bolt was fond loose inside the dashboard during servicing and as per them they ensured me that this will not happen again and noise will not come now. I have checked and found ok, But after driving to 1500 Km again same noise started to come from dashboard. Apart from this in my servicing i have many time complaint about stucking of gear lever in first gear and reverse gear but servicing person told me that this problem is due to design issue (use of cable from gear lever to gear box instead of connecting Rod) and can not be resolved. Sir kindly requesting you to please resolve these issue because such issue should not come in such new cars and hence decreasing the faith of customer is such reputed company's product.
