I purchase tata nexon xz+before two months. First of all the executive give me wrong information about vehicle that it have rear ac vents actually it is only blower. Second dealer charged 2700rs for various useless items. Like parking affidavit which i still don't know where it is.5100 logistic charges..
Third just after 2 days of purchase of car the handle of a. C. Direction is broken because it was already free from its place. Forth is car a. C. Is not manually controlled, i can't reduce blower speed manually. Fifth the back side seat is not fit at its place properly. And many other small things which is annoying me... When i go to first service they properly listen my problem and told me that till evening every problem will sought out. I wait whole of day than in evening they handover me my car and say that none of mine problem could be sought out because we will have to take permission from another level. They only wash my car from morning to evening. I really angry with this kind of service that's why i never recommend anyone to buy tata products.. They cheat me for one more another thing they told me that you have won a headphone by scratch a coupon. But yet i didn't get any gift... Sir i will go to consumer court if i not satisfied by tata service.. That's why we indian companies are not growing as other foreign companies..
