[Resolved] Tata Motors — purchase of sumo gold | |||
Mr. Boloram das of bhagyashree motors, bongaigaon branch (Assam) is a pathetic salesman, a guy who just lied me about delivering a sumo gold on time. I had an urgent requirement of the car. I went to the tata showroom of bongaigaon (Assam) named bhagyashree motors to enquire about a sumo gold 13th october, 2018 and met mr. Boloram das, a salesman. At first he said they dont have a car in stock and couldn't deliver me before 20th of this month. That was okay. I went out and contacted kamakhya motors, guwahati. They said they have the car n will deliver me the car. I was happy. 15th oct, i was about to book the car to kamakhya motors and just before that this bongaigaon salesman guy, boloram das called me up and said we have the car please book here, you wont be required to go to guwahti. I said its okay so i went ahead and book the car at bongaigaon as he said he will deliver the car to me the next day. And then the drama starts as i call him the next day and kept lying me that he will deliver it on the next day, they didn't. I was still not that upset hoping to get the car the next day. 16th morning he calls me up and says our driver have gone to collect your car from nalbari (Assam) and i will get the car in evening, an hour later i asked him what time should i come and he says sir there is a problem,, the car was booked earlier by someone else and the person who booked the car have come to take it, please wait we will figure out something and will give it to you as you have an urgent requirement. I was holding my anger and said okay. He says take the car on 17th morning by 12pm. I still said fine i will wait. Today moring i. E. 17th october 2018 he sends me an sms giving his managers number asking me to calls him. I did call the manager and he says he doesnt know anything about the delivery. I was shocked. Kindly tell me what should i do? Is this the way tata motors works? I have all the recording of my telephonic conversation and the sms he send me! Officials do react, i dont think i ever gonna buy tata the next time if guys like mr. Boloram das works in your company. Such a pathetic experiance.
