Dear Concorde motors (Tata motors) Sarita vihar, delhi Dear sir/madam Sub : reg no : dl3ccr3445 resolve the complaint through commerce courts. On (Date) i booked a tata motor vehicle nexon xt from your dealership. Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because customer adviser mr. Govind say your car is april/may 2019 manufacturing but after car registration i see car is feb. 2019 manufacturing its fraud on your side. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 20.07.2019, i will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the department of commerce or through the courts.
