Tata Motors — regarding a/c & workshop mechanic

Dear sir,

I, lalit kumar, would like to bring into your kind notice that i have given my tata nano for 1. A/c repair & 2. Left rear door autolock (Both non-functioning). Surprisingly after keeping vehicle for 10 days in your workshop both jobs were undone and delivered to me shamelessly, without any regret.

This is the unprofessional approach of this organisation (M/s panchkula automobiles).

I would like to bring into your kind notice.
