[Resolved] Tata Motors — regarding delay in registering my vehicle in dto | |||
Respected Tata motors customer greivance team I ranjit borkataki from biswanath chariali, assam bought a tata tiago xt from your dealerasutosh motors, biswanath chariali on 24 october 2018. But till today i had not got my road tax receipt and the number. I have paid an amount of rs. 26, 200 as a road tax to your dealer. If you cannot do the job why you take the responsibilities. To harrash the customers? I have talk with the dealer but when i call them they tell that it will be done by tomorrow. Now i am confused that what to do now. If they cannot do the job they should refund my money. As it has crossed 3 month, now i will have to pay fine in dto if i go to dto to do my registration. It is so excitement to take a vehicle, but if i cannot go with my family to visit any places due to registration what is the purpose of buying the vehicle. I was not expecting such incident from tata such a big company. If it was known to me before buying the vehicle i would never go for tata. I will never tell my friends, relatives, colleagues to go for tata for such incident.
