[Resolved] Tata Motors — regarding late delivery of vehicle | |||
Respected sir/ma'am We are living in West Delhi, India . We booked Tata Tiago XZA - Titanium Grey on 12 September 2019 from TRUENORTH automobiles Pvt.ltd Mayapuri, New Delhi. We also told them about delivery date to be 3 October 2019 but now they are refusing to deliver vehicle on 3 October . This kind of behaviour of employees towards customer is disrespectful . This attitude is creating a negative image of Tata Motors . Employees of that showroom were forcing us to take different colour . Kindly take an action against this or we have to complaint at higher level. The dealing person are - Vikas and Amit Mishra . They are mentally harrassing us by giving late delivery . If this is to be done then please give our money incl. all taxes and interest back . Please resolve this issue as soon as possible or we will have to complaint further Was this information helpful? | |||
