Tata Motors — Regarding pathetic services of tata motors and their customer service help desk | |
I own two vehicles of TATA i.e LPK 2523 and LPK 2825. The vehicle details are as follows MH 14 HU 3225 & MAT802011L3J7684. I have been trying to register the breakdown from past 2 days and both of my vehicles are unattended. MAT802011L3J7684 is a new vehicle purchased on 7th Nov 2020 and the fan belt has broken after I called for assistance your customer service executive have put me on hold for 20 minutes and I have to hung up the call. This is [censored] of your services not even a single tata motors outlet is ready for assistance. Do hell with your business as would not be making any purchase if dont get the required assistance today itself and my vehicles running. I am going to escalate this matter anyways! So check with whatever garbage records you have and come up with a quick solution and also teach your customer care executives to respect customers emotion. They are the worst people i have talked to in my entire life. They are disrespectful they put me on hold for long and then hung up.
