[Resolved] Tata Motors — Regarding taking extra money on old bookings
I have booked tata nexon on 12th December 2020 from Bafna motors ratnagiri, Now completely 3 months over and the dealer sales person is telling me two weeks are required because of a problem with the harman system.
When I contacted Mr Pathak, Manager of bafna motors, he didn't know when i will get delivery, Because tata has given only 1 nexon car in the last 4 months to bafna motors ratnagiri.
I have filed a complaint on 16th feb[protected]
No action is taken on that complaint.
Then i have contacted Mr Prasoon Ranjan Territory manager of tata. as per his mail now i have to pay 40000 rupees more due to car not provided by tata within time limit. this is not my fault. i want price protection after getting my delivery. take strict action against such bad policies.
