No action nor any call has been received by me till date from your end. It is shocking to state that how come a renowned company like tata motors can treat there customers so casually. Hard earned money has been invested to a company who is known to make one of the best vehicles. Almost more then two months have passed from the date of receiving the tata nexon wherein i am unable to use my car as registration papers has not been given to me till date. The authorised dealer whenever is being contacted now is not responding to the calls. Dealers copy and delivery challan has also been attached in the mail send to you on 24th march, 2019. Chakravarti — forwarded message — From: amlan jyoti chakravarti To: [protected]@tatamotors.com Sent: sunday, 24 march, 2019, 9:29:15 pm ist Subject: vehical This is to inform you that on 15.01.2019 i had booked a car tata nexon xm (P) (Exchange offer) from your authorised dealer at cooch-behar, west bengal. M/s saha auto private ltd. On the above date rs 5000/- was given as advance with an assurance from the proprietor mr d. Saha that within 4 days the car would be delivered to me. A delivery copy was also handed over to me on the same day. On the 4th day when mr saha was contacted i was told that the car has been booked at pune and within next 6 days i would be getting the car. After 6 days repeated calls were made and ultimately after 36 days the car was delivered at me residence on 20.02.2019 at 11.30 pm. On enquiry i was informed that the car was sent from siliguri tata show room and all talks of car coming from pune was false. After the car was delivered and all payment made including temporary and permanent registration and insurance. I was told that within next 4 days the temporary registration from cooch behar would be done and would be handed over to me there after the permanent registration would be done within next 3 days from alipurduar, west bengal as my permanent address is of alipurduar. Insurance papers would be handed over to me within next few days. Once again repeated calls are being made to mr. Saha and on each occasion i am being told that next day the paper would be handed over to me. Till date no papers are being handed over to me. The car is with me for the last one month and without any papers the car can not be moved. It is shocking to state that how come a renowned company like tata has it's show rooms where people like the above are there and how come authorisation to fraud dealers like these are given. Acts like above will not only pull down the reputation of the company but also would force customers to think twice before buying a tata vehical. I would be most grateful if necessary steps are taken at the earliest to ensure customers like us would feel proud to drive tata Vehicle. Please find attached the relevant documents. Regards, A. J.
