As I brought altroz xm 1 month ago.booked in Prerana motors BTM layout Banglore.I have not received Remote key from dealer as they said last movement its not available with altrox xm.after booking i have asked the dealer several times that whether i am going to get remote key or not she said yes you will get. and last due for delivery she said its not avaible. I am totally unhappy with this and now I cant insatll with outside also due to warranty issuse.and aslo not availble in Tata. please I want remote key for my alstroz.central locking is there but no remote key means what type of service tata is giving dont know.please help me with installation of remote key for my altroz.

Updated by vinaydodmane As I have not recived any solution for my query I would like to get response from the company regarding my remote key issue..we will like the company and we believe it that is why we have paid 8 lack for over car..still if can't get atleast one remote key for our car means I am totally unsatisfied with this.please response or contact.waiting for response
