Tata Motors — response from dealer is very poor...

Really very upset about the dealer prerana motors, bangalore.
Dealing with customers is very bad... They don't give any details properly. Almost from last 2 months am interacting with the prerana motors dealers rajajinagar bangalore. They won't even care about the customer, they don't give any updates, they are not following up anything.. Really fed up with these guys. Everytime i need to call them and following up.. Then also they are not following. If i call they won't pick the call... Everytime they are misguiding us. Very poor customer relationship management. Please top management concentrate in these areas and try to improve the customer relationship. Due to this reason am planning to drop the vehicle buying here. At least if you are care about your customer call to me i will explain everything from the day 1 to here. Almost 2 months. Really very bad experience.. Contact me: [protected]
