I went to balaji motors rampur up on 14.10.2018 for the query of tata zest diesal. The sells manager kept me waiting for an hour approxy but he did not take my query seriously. He was not paying attention towards me. I asked him again and again but he did not pay any attention. If he is so irresponsible at the time of booking what his behaviour would be after that. He should apologise otherwise i will think about dzire or amage available in the market. These type of employees need to change their behaviour or they will damage the reputation of tata motors also. He should apologise otherwise neither i nor any member of my family will ever go to tata motors. We will think about other options available in the market. From-rajendra singh contact no.
