[Resolved] Tata Motors — service and purchase related grievance (showroom) | |||
Sir, I have purchased a tata tiago (Xt) from trivandrum motors in the month of january. At the time of purchase, i was offered a coupon of rs.3000. Till date, the same has not been handed over despite several calls to the showroom. Also, at the time of purchase, payment was made for a steering wheel cover. The product was not delivered due to unavailability.in spite of several requests, the personnel at the showroom presents excuses which are hard to comprehend. This month, the second service of the car was scheduled. After several days of waiting and enquiry, now they say that their service centre is under maintenance. On contacting another service provider (Focus), they have asked for extra charges since the service is delayed. I am deeply regret of defying my primary choice of buying a maruti suzuki car. I've paid all the dues according to best of my knowledge, if there are some dues left, kindly let me and help me to get my NOC as soon as possible as I have to sell my car before it's value deteriorate.
