[Resolved] Tata Motors — service issue - bangalore - prerna | |||
I have purchased a tata nexon car in the month of august 2018 from prerna motors, bangalore. After my first service at prerna (Peenya service centre), i have a ignition light notification of abs. I have taken the car to prerna (Peenya), to rectify the issue. After 4 hours, i got the car back and driving back again the ignition started flashing. I called the service incharge, but in vain. After two days a lady called up for my feedback and for the score. I gave 1 out of 10. I received a message from the service guy that why i had rated so low and henceforth he will not help me. Thats the way the customer service works for tata? Please suggest any other tata service centre. 2 days ago another lady called from mumbai to find out my issue and the phone got disconnected, after which she didn't have the courtesy to call back. What shall i do now? Drive the car inspite of the notification light? Who is the senior incharge with whom i can address the issue? Was this information helpful? | |||

Poor technicians in peenya prerana motors commercial vehicles, irresponsible work of technicians led problem on our timing belt which has been changed twice in a year . And now we have got repeated problem in our tata ace mega, and the manager has no response for what the problem we have
