Had enquired about hexa in exchange wit renault duster. I have 2 things to say, 1) the date of enquiry was 31/dec/2017 and the executive who came (Puneeth from urs lars mysore) has not responded till date and when we tried following up we have received a rude and unprofessional response which was not expected from people of tata motors. 2) there was some other third-party for valuation and has undervalued the vehicle. Customers trust these sales guys and ask them for a price to sell of their cars if these sales people start cheating the customers and the company for money, it will be very difficult for tata motors to retain the credibility they have i. The market. I would request the concerned to take stringent action against the sales executive who attended and warn the showrooms to hire more humble and sales hungry people rather than such stupid uncultured people for sales.
