[Resolved] Tata Motors — software update not available at mm motors | |||
I purchased tata nexon xz+ in the month of march-18 from ambala. I am a resident of kotdwra uttarakhand.in kotdwara we have one authorised service certre (Mm motors). I went to them for two times for my 1st and 2nd scheduled service. After 1st service i and my colleuge, we both purchase the car from same place (Having tata nexon) received the sms regarding software update for engine and herman both. We ask for software update to mm motors and assurred us that within few days it will be available in few days. We both tried calling then atleast 20 times since last 1 month and they are continuously saying it will take one more week. Moreover there are 05 tata nexon in our locality. For software update either we have to wait or drive 100 km. You are requested to look into the matter and provide the software update facility in kotdwara. Was this information helpful? | |||
