[Resolved] Tata Motors — sold 10 month old manufactured car as a new car | |||
I have booked a new tata nexon xm petrol car from marina motor dealership kozhikode on 23/12/2019. They delivered the car on 3/01/2020 and told us it was a new car. During the delivery time, we didn't have idea that this was an old car. We trust in tata motors and the dealer. But after 4 days we a small issue with the car and we found that this an april manufactured car and it is a display car. They didnt inform us this during the time of delivery, when we discussed this issue with dealership and tata they not ready to repay our money or change the car. Dear tata motors the guy who contacted me on behalf of tatay motors told me "may be Sales team forget to say it is a old display car, even though it is a new car" how they will forget such an important information. This is not first time Tata motors cheating thier customer please Google it .if concern ed person from Tata talking on behalf of the marina motors, how I will get the justice. Why should I paid my hard earned money for a old vehicle. You can come and check the vehicle, vehicle is in my garage. I can show you how bad is that car.
