I bought a new tata ace vehicle from mgs lucknow and write now it is in warranty. After the purchase of vehicle, i am facing many problems about wiring and battery. I told this issue many times, but i got no positive results. My driver is on the roadside by 2am night, having a electrical breakdown. When i call customer care number [protected], they told me that they will arrange a call back from concerning department, but no call i got from that guys.
So now where should i go for this issue, or should i sale my tata ace vehicle??
What is the means of 24x7 road side assistance?

NO ACTION TAKEN BY TATA MANAGEMENT & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT.
WORST COMPANY, NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
