Tata Motors — Tata auto axis dealer #### my money

On December 24th 2016 I was bought one tata magic mantra from "BOKAKHAT AUTO AXIS" Through tata motors finance limited. They told me to pay a sum of rupees 150000(one lacks fifty thousands) and I payed the amount by cash. Then they deposit rs.90, 000.00 in my a/c and withdraw through cheque. But when After 3months I was unable to get my money receipt and financial documents I called them("BOKAKHAT AUTO AXIS ") many times but they don't pick my phone, Then I am contacting to the tata motors finance limited, jorhat branch and they provide me the actual information that, "BOKAKHAT AUTO AXIS" payed them a sum of rs. 91, 000.00(approx") as down payment . and still I have not able to get any money receipt from them.

Oh that's the reason why they not picking up my phone. Coz rest of the money (sum of total rs.50, 000) they loot my hard working earned money.

So Plz take some action otherwise your(TATA MOTORS) Reputation goes down Deu to such type of dealers...
All over the world tata has a unique reputation. So Plz be aware. And take some necessary action.
