Tata bolt petrol xm - registration - ka50 p1914 - vehicle purchased in may 2015 - barely driven 9500 kms.

Already multiple problems like cabin light not working and 1st gear engine stopping on incline or road bumps issues cropped up in the first 2 years of purchase.

Now the radiator fan has stopped working at 9, 500 kms due to which engine fumes are coming due to over heating. After spending lakhs of rupees on a tata car i requested them that the radiator fan issue should be resolved free of cost, since the radiator fan is a crucial part of the engine, which if fails will cause engine damage and the engine can get siezed.

Mohan kumar from tata motors bangalore has claimed anything can fail in the tata vehicle anytime after the warranty period and customer has to pay the charges.

Even after spending lakhs of rupees on a tata car - they are not even ready to repair a fan free of cost which usually does not fail in suzuki, hyundai cars.

Engine also got over heated and fumes coming because radiator fan not working, and tata person mohan kumar is stating all this is normal in tata vehicles after the warranty period.

Vehicle has barely completed 9, 500 kms in 4 years and already engine overheating due to faulty radiator fan. Due to the faulty radiator fan, i do not know to what extend the engine has got damaged.

This car was being regularly serviced at adishakti motors in bangalore near hebbal and the last servicing was done in september 2018 barely 6 months back and the dealership is asking me to spend more money on fan repair, something which rarely fails in a hyundai or suzuki vehicle.

When a Tata Motors personnel Mohan Kumar states that its ok for the radiator fan to stop working after only 9500 kms, it puts a big question mark on the credibility of Tata cars. Are they using cheap quality parts for their cars?
