[Resolved] Tata Motors — Tata harrier 2019 BS4 manufacturing fault | |||
I had purchased tata harrier bs4 base model in november 2019. After purchasing, from day one to till now i am facing problems related to gear vibration, suspension, engine sounds, second gear engine off problems and the same is reported many times and visited 3 to 4 times to showroom (Raj motors, rohtak) with car and they replied that your car system is updated but till now during driving 9000 kms, problem is same and didn't resolve. Even on delivery of product company didn't allow me to take drive test of car and handover the april 2019 manufacturing model in november 2019 without any such information. Even also i had reported above same problems to showroom within 2 hours after taking delivery of car but didn't take any action. Now i am frustrated and mentally disturbed after investing such amount on harrier. Company should take this faulty manufacturing product back and must solve my problem otherwise i have to go with legal action against company. Thanks Narender Was this information helpful? | |||
