Tata Motors — Tata Manza MH04 FF4281 stephny exchanged to an old one

I had given my tata manza MH04 FF4281 to national auto authorized tata service center uruli devachi for oil filter work, they kept it for 4 days and in between they have changed my new stephny to an old one.
No one is taking action, please look into it as I want my new stephny back.
