Tata Motors — tata nexon 2018 september model

My company namya trading co. Purchased tata nexon car on 31st august 2018 with vehicle no pb08 ed 0315, chassis no mat627162j2e23503. The car had really nice features and we were quite satisfied by the product when shown to us but the second day we started using the car we were afraid to know that it had lots of good features but basic parts had real defects. We contacted to company service centre to get some help and they told us that our problems were some of the safety features in the vehicle and pomised us that the problem will be resolved as the vehicle is new and stands under warranty. The numerous problems we faced or the defects we found as as follows :-
1-) the power steering of the car becomes powerless and gets really hard when we shift the reverse gear and the power steering is to the extreme left or right.
2-) the gearbox of the car is defective as when we shift the gear from 2nd gear to 3rd gear then the gearbox doesnt allow the car to get in 3rd gear it gets stuck which is a huge problem for us as either we have to shift forcefully or downgrade the gear.
3-) the reverse gear of the car is difficult to put we have to try 2-3 times to put the car in reverse.
I would like to bring it in your kind notice these complaints have been told to the service company many times (At each service and many extra visits specially for these problems), moreover these are basic things in a car that need to be alright (Gearbox and steering wheel) in which the problems are regular and are being resolved. We are a tata user from many years and have used tata indica, indigo. We faced these problems in those cars and even then the company couldn’t resolve them. We bought this car as we belived that tata was no longer defective and the company has been extremely improved. I have attached some videos to show one of the problem i could cover. It makes me extremely unsatisfied that today as a new car i have to face these problems what will happen when my car gets old or warranty gets expired
I hereby demand that all these defects from my car should be removed by the tata, all these recurring problems should be given a permanent solution at the cost of the company itself in a 10 day time bar or i will be forced to take further necessary legal actions against the company

Axel brok down .my car was in gurantee and in insurance, but service centre charged rs 13000.I bought the tata nexon xm model in march2019.it happened in oct3rd.the name of service centre is sai motors bahadurgarh haryana.I want to ask, why he charged when my car was in gurantee as it is tata motors service centre.
