We purchased TATANEXON after waiting for approximately 3 months and Tata Nexon(XZ+S) was delivered on FEB6th 2021 from Malik Motors Himayat Nagar, Hyderabad. On 20th February 2021 we gave it for servicing at Select Service center, Uppal, Hyderabad at approx 11am. After two hours we get a call that oil cooler assembly[protected] part is defective and we have to wait for three to four days to get it repaired. The concern from ourside is whether we got defective Car, if this is the case, how can we go for replacement. The showroom person says that the car is checked before delivery but the service station has reported a fault. We are going through horrible time and would like an answer in a fair manner. What is more pathetic is the non-availability of the sparepart at the service center and we are waiting for the car helplessly after paying entire amount. I don't understand why a new car has to develop problems like this, I doubt the quality checks before delivery. We expect that Tata motors should deliver a new car after through checkd as we are not confident about it. Hope Tata motors takes moral responsibility and resolve it Was this information helpful? | |
